Host Storage System Attach Scsi Lun

Allow I/O issue to the specified detached ScsiLun.

The ScsiLun is administratively configured on, if the attach operation is successful. See DetachScsiLun.

attachScsiLun is part of the Unmount, Detach workflow used when a device will be permanently removed. See also UnmountVmfsVolume.
