networkResourcePoolHighShareValue	xsd:int	High share level (SharesLevel.vim.SharesInfo.Level#high) for DVSNetworkResourcePoolAllocationInfo.shares. The `networkResourcePoolHighshareValue` property implicitly defines the legal range of share values to be between 1 and this value.
